30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first charge, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us with the email on your account and we will process eligible refunds promptly. You do not need to mail anything back.

After the First 30 Days

You may cancel anytime from your account. We do not refund partial periods, but you will receive letters through the end of the period you paid for.

Lost or Damaged Mail

If a letter arrives damaged or never arrives, tell us within 30 days and we will send a replacement at no cost.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
