Shipping is included in the price of every plan. There are no separate shipping fees.

We mail letters once per month, typically on the 15th.

Once mailed, letters typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location and local postal service.

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the United States, contact us first.

Please keep your shipping address up to date from your account before the next mailing date.

If your letter is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days and we will send a replacement at no cost.
