1. About Moon Snail Post

Moon Snail Post is a subscription service that mails handwritten story letters, original watercolor postcards, and small paper keepsakes to subscribers each month. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

Moon Snail Post offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first charge. After that, you may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods.

4. Shipping

Shipping is included in all plans. Letters are mailed once per month, typically on the 15th.

5. Address Changes

It is your responsibility to keep your shipping address current. You can update it from your account page before the next mailing date.

6. Gifts

Gift subscriptions are available during checkout. Gift subscriptions are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee, measured from the date of purchase; after that window they are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork and creative content sent as part of a Moon Snail Post subscription are the intellectual property of Moon Snail Post and its artists.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
